Account and data deletion
This page sets out what can be deleted, how to ask, and what remains afterwards.
The mobile application account
The « Demandes » application does not allow accounts to be created: there is exactly one, belonging to Pr Ait Brahim, opened at installation. Deleting it erases the associated email address, the hash of its password, and the device identifier used for notifications. Deletion is immediate, with no retention period.
A request you submitted
If you submitted a request for access to a document, it holds your name, email address, organisation and the intended use of the document. You may ask for it to be deleted at any time. It is removed within thirty days, backups included.
A message sent through the contact form
Contact form messages are not written to any database: they are sent by email and thereafter exist only in the recipient's mailbox. Deleting one therefore means deleting that email, which is done on request.
How to ask
Through this site's contact form, which is its only point of entry. State the email address concerned and what you want deleted. No proof of identity is required, but the reply is sent to the address given in the original request, so that a third party cannot have someone else's data erased.
What remains
Nothing is kept for commercial or statistical purposes. Only the server's technical traces remain — access logs — which contain neither message content nor account data, and are overwritten in the normal course of operation.
